Clinical Neuropsychologist

Dr. Loomis has a unique background as a clinical neuropsychologist, as well as a certified school psychologist. She has the training to address various ways that developmental delays, medical conditions, behavioral and social-emotional difficulties can impact a child’s ability to learn and be successful. She also has a strong background working with learning disabilities and the special education system. This can help ensure a private evaluation is accepted within the school setting, and allows her to use her expertise in developing IEP’s and 504 plans.

Dr. Loomis completed her APPIC-approved two-year postdoctoral residency in Clinical Neuropsychology at Baker Neuropsychology, becoming a licensed psychologist in 2019. She received her Ph.D. in School Psychology, with a minor in Special Education, from the University of Arizona in 2017. She has also worked within the school system, completing her pre-doctoral internship in the Scottsdale Unified School District through an APPIC-approved internship.
